Step 1: Initial Consultation

Step 2: Making Selections
After your initial consultation, our team gets to work creating a custom 3D design and 2D blueprint of your new pool. During a follow-up meeting, we review the design together, answer your questions, and make any adjustments needed to ensure the layout matches your goals, complements your home, and stays within your budget. Nothing moves forward until you’re 100% confident in the plan.

Step 3: Obtaining Approval & Permits
Before we start building your pool, we manage all the necessary approvals and permits to make sure your project is fully compliant. We work with cities, counties, and local utility providers across Greater Houston and surrounding areas to meet all building codes, safety regulations, and zoning requirements.
If your pool is being built in a deed-restricted neighborhood or within an HOA, we will assist in gathering documents needed for approval. Our team is experienced in navigating various guidelines for pool placement, fencing, drainage, and easements.

Step 4: Starting Construction
The pool construction process happens in several phases, each one carefully completed by our experienced team. Here’s a breakdown of the process:
Excavation (1 day)
We start by marking the shape and location of the pool. Then we dig the area using professional equipment, set the forms, and get the space ready for reinforcement.
Rebar Installation (1 day)
Rebar gives the in-ground pool its structure. We install rebar 8 inches on center, which makes the pool stronger and more durable. Plumbing and lighting rough-ins are completed at this time.
Gunite Application (1 day)
Gunite is a dry concrete mixture applied with high-pressure air and water at the nozzle. This creates the shell of your pool. It’s the base layer that supports the tile and masonry work, giving your pool shape, strength, and long-term stability.
Curing and Utility Work (7-10 days)
Once the gunite is in place, it needs to cure for several days. During this time, we may continue plumbing and electrical work to keep the project moving forward.
Tile, Masonry, and Decking (5-7 days)
When the shell is ready, we begin installing tile and stonework. After that, we create your pool deck using the finish of your choice, from colored concrete to pavers. This is where your pool starts to blend with the rest of your outdoor living space.
Plaster Finish (1-2 days)
After all structural and decorative work is complete, we apply the plaster or pebble finish. This is the final surface that gives the pool its color and texture.
Water Fillup & Startup (10 days)
Once construction is complete, we fill your pool and begin the essential 10-day startup process. During this time, we carefully balance the pool water chemistry and thoroughly test all pool equipment to ensure everything operates perfectly.
Step 5: Handover
Before handing over, we present your finished pool and conduct a detailed final walkthrough with you. We explain how everything works, from system operation to routine maintenance. This helps you feel fully confident and prepared as new pool owners. After this final step, your pool will be ready for years of enjoyment, relaxation, and peace of mind.
